Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Ugni Blanc Chardonnay
Smooth and balanced acidity with nuances of citrus and peach.
Recommended with cheese plates, appetizers and white meats.
Sauvignon Blanc Trebbiano
Aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as citrus, fresh acidity with an intense persistenc in the mouth.
Recommended with dried fruits and cheese plates or shrimp and other sea foods.
Medium bodied, round on the palate with soft tannins and nuances of red fruits and light red pepper.
Recommended with barbeque and red meats.
Full- bodied wine with strong tannins, flavours of mulberry and black pepper.

Chardonnay Chenin Blanc
Starts with the acidity on the mouth, medium-bodied wine with nuances of tropical fruits.
Recommended with seafood risotto, mushroom sauced pastas and quattro formaggi pizzas.
Golden yellow colour, aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and bread crust, round and concentrated on the palate, balanced by a good acidity. Aged for 8 months in light-toasted barrels made of French and American oaks.
Recommended with sea bass accompanied by white butter or roast turbot with a bouquet of fresh herbs.
