Golden yellow colour, aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and bread crust, round and concentrated on the palate, balanced by a good acidity. Aged for 8 months in light-toasted barrels made of French and American oaks.


Food Pairings

Recommended with sea bass accompanied by white butter or roast turbot with a bouquet of fresh herbs.
